Often called the "AC", this is where the wannabe 1337 neo-players hang out. Known for its rivalry with the BDC, or Neopets Battledome Chat, mindless chat is prevalent here, as well as chatspeak. The AC doesn't care about spam at all, you can pretty much get away with anything you want there. Unless of course you insult a regular, which practically gets you flamed and banished for good by the other regulars there.
