Acronym for "Post-Bowl Cigarette". A cigarette smoked shortly after marijuana which intensifies the high and relaxes the smoker. The combination of Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol and Nicotine alkaloids triggers an almost instant addiction, however this addiction only affects the user while in a high state. Basically, the body becomes addicted to Nicotine alkaloids, but only when Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol is present in their bloodstream.
