n. An internet challenge conceived from the depths of the feminasty and incel communities that requires males to abstain from masturbation, sex, or any other activity that is of sexual nature or could result in climax / ejaculation for the entire calendar month of November. It is often abbreviated as 'NNN'.

There are no grace periods or exceptions. Wet dreams ending in climax count as valid ejaculation, and therefore means that the individual has failed the challenge.
