An adverse reaction in 2021, used in conjuncture with propaganda to mean that the adverse reaction isn’t happening to the masses. Also used to emphasize itself, implying the opposite. (Wink, wink sarcasm) But mainly used by the propaganda machine and the news to deceive you when you read titles of a “sudden death” or “rare” “adverse reaction” to a vaccine.
