(Verb) to have an estate of mind is to have a small-minded look on the world & have your entire mindset be entirely encased in your local area. If someone were to have an estate of mind, they would sit around their estate (neighbourhood) doing nothing with their life & instead of progressing with life, doing things like activities like taking drugs, stealing, starting fights, etc. In this mindset, moderation is non-existent.
