A blue-collar city in Ontario with 100,000 people in it. It’s extremely poor and extremely dangerous. I lived in the “safest” part of the city (which is still worse than any other city), and the amount of unreported crime is ridiculous. The reported crime rate is only half of the story. Murderers, thieves, thugs, gangsters, and whatever else you can think of all call this shit hole home. You won’t see a worse downtown in your life. You can’t even walk around anywhere during the day, let alone at night. The only positives about the city are that housing prices are extremely low and Wayne Gretzky is from there. Oh and by the way, those noises you hear everyday, they aren’t fireworks…
