"Lawer" (noun): Someone who rants about what is or isn't against the law (often incorrectly) on social media and to neighbours and anyone else in earshot who has to put up with them. Not to be confused with a "Lawyer" whom is a person who has studied the law and has passed the examination required to practice law in a region or country.
