A person, or indeed persons (collectively known as a 'hurd' of 'begsys') characterised by ill fitting garments often passed down from older family generations. Said attire is thread bare, often exhibiting holes and scuff marks. Adorning clothes are various stains collected from previous family meals - most often egg, beans, salad cream (NOT mayonnaise). Footwear often have flapping soles that are disconnected from main body of the shoe.
