NZT-48 is a fictional drug from the movie Limitless that enhances intelligence. It gives you energy, problem solving skills, a good memory while under it's effects, and a temporary four digit IQ. Once it wears off, you are back to normal. Side effects may include headaches, nausea, vomiting, slow thinking, and even death. In the movie, Eddie Morra hires a lab to make a side effect free NZT called NZT-49. NZT is inspired by NSI-189, Modafinil, Flmodafinil, Hydrafinil, Afobazole, Oxiracetam, Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide, Adderall, and Ritalin.
