A point during an event or situation dubbed “Epic” or awe-inspring. It can both describe a situation dubbed awe-inspiring at that time and in the present, but is usually used to describe what a group of people or people perceived as epic at that time. From Latin “Epi” meaning “above, over, on, in addition to” and “Tum” meaning “then, at that time.” Similiar in spelling to “Epitome” but not the same. Also similar to the word “Climax”.
