A state of partial erection about midway between limp and ragingly hard, suitable for an appearance at a nude beach. A proper state of “beach dick” is hard enough that you don’t look like you have a tiny penis in public, while also soft enough not to cause alarm and make anyone uncomfortable by looking like a creep with a raging boner from staring at naked people.
