Obsessive Authoritative disorder where some has the mental maturity of an adult at only 12 years old but nevertheless is still a kid. If this person is not growing up in a loving environment they will start to act like Eric Cartman from South Park. They need someone to listen to them and talk to in order to stay sane. If they don't find someone it could lead to many other disorders such as Torettes,clinical depression, bipolar disorder, and multi personality disorder. A disorder that somehow only 1 in 10,000 people have but only 12 precent of them actually make it past their 18th. Birthday. Also somehow account for a significant amount of yearly suicides. Yet is left untreated because its just seen as a starting point for all those other disorders that I mentioned also can be mistaken for a personality trait. Also if the person will tend to yell a lot and get angry real easily causing them to have some the worst anger burst outs of any human being but if they learn to control it they'll probably just have your generic conniption fit.

TL;DR a really bad disorder left untreated and unheard by basically everyone mostly because of the fact that its not really serious till it leads to something else because these people genericly are just Authority liking, Authoritative,and over sharing.
