The term "cis passing" is a term for transgender and sometimes nonbinary people who pass as cisgender. In the most common context it means passing as the opposite gender that you were assigned at birth Being cis passing isn’t necessarily a trans/nonbinary person’s goal or a compliment that you should tell a trans/nonbinary person but nor is it necessarily a negative thing.
