When someone with a real eating disorder is forced to temporarily suspend their normal routine of restriction/purging/exercise and/or safe foods due to external circumstances beyond their control (family vacation/road trip, presence of others, lack of safe foods being available, etc) and is forced to eat like a typical normie. This can induce severe mental stress and cause feelings of guilt and of being a "fake ana" or as having "Tessorexia".
