The portmanteau of Bozeman and zoned (or zoning). A word to describe poor city planning/zoning, the rapid influx of out of state transplants, unaffordable housing prices, and gentrification of locals that is oh so characteristic of the once charming small town of Bozeman, MT. Can also be used to describe when a town that happens to be in the mountains becomes a trendy 'mountain town' and the down-to-earth community focused atmosphere is replaced by a pretentious and competitive rat race. Also used to describe crowding and degradation of once great outdoor spaces and places.
