Created by two of Liverpool’s biggest names, Brandon & Bruno, the wartip is an experience like no other. Stage 3 of the infamous “4 steps to sensation” the Wartip is when you prepare a balloon, inhale marijuana and exhale into the balloon while listening to the climax of a particular song, these songs will soon be collated into a playlist for public viewing and enjoyment. Brandon and Bruno emphasise that this experience is not for the weak and is only ever for fun.
