Slang term in English speaking countries for a person who presents as a middle-aged female demanding to speak to the manager, or who otherwise complains about trivial shit. Karen is annoying and she usually operates from a position of bitter entitlement. The positive side of Karen is that she has a suppressed, raging sex drive that leads her to act out disgusting, depraved fantasies until her filthy needs are satisfied.
