O.P.P stands for Other People’s Pussy or Penis or Property. The catch phrase “Down with O.P.P.” was coined and made popular throughout the the early 1990’s. And suggested that if you were down with O.P.P. that you would be ok to engage in sexual relations with someone already in a relationship. New Jersey rap group Naughty By Nature released their song O.P.P. in 1991 and solidified the term forevermore.
