Clark Kent'in is the act of balancing out brain with brawn. It reflects the understanding that although it is extremely important to be consciously aware of the physical, objective qualities of life relating to one's self, it is equally important to exercise and grow our mental, subjective qualities as well. After a hard workout at the gym and a healthy meal it is extremely beneficial to put on your reading classes and pick up a book with the intention to educate yourself and expand your mind. Clark Kent'in makes an individual holistic and complete and increases perfection over the mind, as well as the body. Clark Kent'in sets the human being aside from the animal. It reflects the dualistic aspects of the perfect being reconciled into one form, as if Super man and Clark Kent were consolidated into one concept, projecting all the most positive physical and mental attributes simultaneously, having the best of both worlds as opposed to focusing on and developing only the objective attributes of ourselves that are empirically accessible for judgment by society.
