A team with great history which formerly played in Cleveland. At the end of the 1995 season Mr. Modell and the NFL completed their 5 year plan to move the team to Baltimore. The NFL in it's infinite gen- erosity allowed the name to stay in Cleveland (Gee, thanks). Several years later The NFL granted an expansion team to Cleveland. This team is NOT the Browns.
