Often mistakingly written as "Deh" or "De'", dé is a popular expression in the Livornese dialect, without a particular meaning. Origing from "ed ecco", first evolved in "decco" and eventually "dé", this expression can be used as a positive answer, a negative one (depending on facial expression, hand gestures, and context) or to reiterate an idea. Often used together with "boia", the use of dé was popularised by famous Livornese Twitch streamer and Youtuber "Dario Moccia".
