Tubbocore was originally a joke aesthetic that revolved around well-known Minecraft Streamer Tubbo. It started as an inside joke in a Twitter group chat called, "sgwgc" on July 30th, 2021, but soon largely spread to be well-known by many and is no longer an inside joke. Some even seriously use the aesthetic for edits and other things.
