A plural noun used to describe unintelligent and half-witted people. Singular noun of Tekker or Teleki, to describe a person similarly of a moronic or an empty-headed nature. Also used to describe a complete lack of: technique, finesse, resilience, class and dexterity. Originating from Hungary in the 1920's, Teleki was the name of the anti-semitic leader who supported the German Nazis and Fascist Italian regimes.
