Mehalesh ( מחלש In Hebrew ) is a slang used to show disapproval of a message. The word is the verb version of the word חלש (Halash) which means “Weak” in Hebrew. Typically Mehalesh is written with the “h” (The letter ש in the Hebrew version) being duplicated as a sign of greater disapproval. the more “h” added at the end, the greater the disapproval.
