Often a casualty of the US education system. 2: A run-of-the-mill dummy who, through repeated beatings in online debate, has learned to craft his comments in such a way that they cannot be easily dismissed as ignorant nonsense, without ever having examined the irrationality at the heart of his stupidity, and after much practice has become an educated dummy.
