An oft-used adjective to describe someone who is woefully out of date with contemporary culture when it forces him to question his own narrow-minded world view. Decades of privilege and sheltered living (often in sheds after nights out) have led to a total state of paralysis when encountering new, yet widely-accepted, beliefs which progressively move society along. Often screams 'political correctness gone mad' whilst admiring his organic veg box and blaming Meghan Markle for the decline of the British Empire. Used interchangeably with gammon.
