-us or -sus is used to define the name declared before as sus (suspicious). It originates from the amogus meme, in which a webcomic was shitposted and obscured to look like The person in it says amogus to the imposter. Now it's used to meme about people or fictional characters, which often end with -us or -sus. But somethimes the creator of the meme just adds the -us or the -sus to the character
