The opposite meaning as R.I.P, it can be used making fun of someone you hate's death. It was first appeared in February 2020 on a Facebook comment in group "Save HK" by "Matt Leung". And became a trendy word among HK-ers that dislike Chinese government. In the post, a person said one of the groupmates was killed by Covid-19. * "Save HK" is a group for people that support Chinese government and against Hong Kong revolutionarys. * "Matt Leung" is known as a person that "supports" Chinese government among the HK-ers that dislike Chinese government, but everything he does is doing the opposite of showing support.
