The sudden realisation that everyone, and everything, you know is full of shit. Life is built on a series of intangible beliefs and ideologies that are re-enforced and are as rigid (and as easily malleable) as the people that perpetuate them. Not to say things such as rape and sexual assault do not exist; rather that doing RAK and being a good person are non-sequitur. 'Good' and 'Bad' being ideologies that are re-enforced by society. Similar, I guess, to nihilism in that there is an inherent meaninglessness in all things - differs in that it isn't a full on philosophy and doesn't fully dismiss the belief that there are things that are full of meaning and that there might be a 'God', afterlife, etc.
