Altocalciphilia is a sexual fetish where the fetish object is shoes, boots, and sandals with high heels. It I generally but not exclusively a heterosexual condition where males are strongly attracted to females who wear high heels usually as a result of important female personalities in their childhood years having worn such footwear. The condition can be a major or a minor one, ranging from a simple preference for women who wear high heels through to the inability to perform the sex act without the female wearing high heels through to desiring only to masturbate or be masturbated with the high heeled footwear. It is in its mild form the most common sexual fetish amongst European and US males.
