Gellé means 'comfortable' or 'relaxed'. Usually used as an adjective to signify being in a state of great contentment and/or lethargy. Can be used to mean something like "good" - as in "how are you" => "I'm gellé bro" Originating from the boating culture of the eastern seaboard, it's found it's way into schools where it can be used to ironically describe procrastination.
