Acting against someone by demanding from them (and/or suppressing them and/or pressuring them into something and/or hurting them), while ignoring reason, logic and their individual rights, freedoms.. They place their own ego, wants and feelings first and justify it with own fantasies fueled by fallacies and often having group pressure on their side (which does nothing to prove it just makes it more disruptive and threatening to disprove or stop it and less likely that people will believe the alternative - nazi propaganda style). (Some people in the group want the unfairness enforced, because they want to support it as a social norm or hide this case by normalizing it with numbers of people involved, so that they could later use it against someone too.) Normies are more susceptible to this as it takes stupidity or ignorance, lack of awareness and self-awareness, lack of individual moral development (or some sort of mental limitation preventing it like sadism or psychopathy), then it's authority fallacy (arrogance) + bandwagon + groupthink and many others.
