The dehumanizing practice of placing an inappropriately large amount of focus on a person's race, by which people are divided, stereotyped and socially ranked. Believing that a person's race is more important than their individuality, to the point where accusatory labels such as Racial Guilt, Inequity, Unconscious Bias and Racial Privelege can be attributed to an individual, based solely on the color of their skin. This particularly harmful brand of Systemic Racism started in universities, but has since become the Modus Operandi of Leftists, Democrats and mainstream media. Examples of it's use can be seen in schools where "Critical Race Theory" is now being taught, also in the media sensationalism of white police shooting black citizens, where the "RACISM" narrative is decried, often without fact checking, or by intentionally leaving out crucial information that would deflate their narrative. If you spend too much time focusing on race issues, YOU'RE RACIST. If you treat people differently based on the color of their skin, YOU'RE RACIST. If you think people have inherent differences, strengths and weaknesses due to their race YOU ARE A RACIST.
