A lot of the definitions have been corrected by actual preteens - but most of them are from 10 years ago - but it needs a modern remake, I am 11 and most of us just talk about the games that we like or talk about school. A lot of us write in good English but there are some who's English is a little behind, for example they make a lot of incorrect spellings, that doesn't mean they fit into the stereotypes, it just means they need help in English. Some might be hyperactive but that's them and doesn't mean all preteens are hyperactive, I personally don't see a lot of hyperactive people my age. Some people might try to act hard but most preteens just laugh it off and most of the time they do that once, just remember that not all preteens fit into the stereotype and some are normal people, some might be mature, some might be hyperactive, and that's them.
