25 lighters is how you get paid. Being from H-town and steeped in the culture the prior definition is logistically taxing and inaccurate. . You can’t open a lighter and put anything in them. That’s time consuming and a waste of a lighter. The reason you would have 25 lighters on your dresser is if you sell then you know people go all night.
