An OK MOMENT is an phrase exclaimed by someone when another person says the word "OK" on its own. OK MOMENT orginated from mocking a persons obvious lack of care in a conversation, and can be still be used in that manner although, it is typically used when someone says "Ok" in agreement to something. An OK MOMENT can happen at any time or place, there is always room for an OK MOMENT during a conversation.
