(noun): a derogatory term for an unskilled player, used primarily by members of the League of Legends community; a contraction of 'pisslow random' pisslow (adj.): describes a player with a low 'elo' rating (i.e. a poor competitor) random (noun): a player unknown to the community (i.e. someone entirely unremarkable) So if we combine those terms, a 'pissrandom' is somebody who's too bad at the game for anybody to have heard about him/her.
