Too much. A city doesn't need to be like any other city. If people want to gamble, they go to Vegas, they don't need a casino in every other city like Detroit or Kansas City, there's already enough casinos to go around. Charleston doesn't need to try to be Vegas and Vegas doesn't need to try to be Charleston. Atlanta doesn't need to try to become New York or Chicago. Nashville doesn't doesn't need to try and become Atlanta. A city that is content to be what it is, but not to stagnate or fall asleep should be enough, though you know some people are always going to expect things to expand and be done to excess.
