The evil-doers in the Rwandan Genocide due to centuries of bad blood between the races of people. It was like America going to civil war over who could own slaves except that it was like brother and sister going to war over who's black enough to deserve to live. Not all Hutu bad. In fact, despite the 600k Tutsi they killed and the 500k women they raped most Hutu are good people who had nothing to do with the Genocide except that they were responsible for inaction against it.
