A Cum-Oath is like a Blood Oath expect it's a lot more extreme and important. You would perform a Cum-Oath not when entering a marriage but before your death or when you're going off to war to die. The Cum-Oath is performed by removing one fourth of one of your balls and sacrificing it to the Cum God and saying "I fucked a fairy in half." You break the Cum-Oath by not believing in the power of cum, or not cuming daily.
