1. A webmaster or moderator who chooses to avoid contact with every single other person simply because they had a bad experience with exactly one bad apple. Usually very lazy and refuses to answer questions about their website, or in the case of moderators, cancels/censors posts about things they disagree with just because he wants to be a jerk about it.
