Someone who was assigned the incorrect gender at birth. This person feels very ashamed of their body and the genitals that they were given at birth so decide to have multiple surgeries and start cross-sex hormones to make them appear as their correct gender. The feeling that most transgender people feel about their body is called 'Gender Dysphoria'. The 'gender dysphoria' feels different to everyone. It can feel like you just need to change what you look like mildly but it usually feels like there is no way that you can live in the body that you were assigned at birth.
