Duque Effect ("efeito duque" in brazilian portuguese) is an event when people exchange informations and point of views with strangers who they once thought were known to each other in any way, but they were not. They simply gave up political and philosophical believes to a total stranger, misleading those who shared their view on recent global socioecocomics actions and happenings.
