Adjective; can also be used as a pronoun normally used to describe a prospering D-boy ie drug-dealer. The term comes from the mentality of the prospering D-boy that since he has an unlimited, constantly replenished profit income from his sales, that he should not have to wear the same outfit/clothing more than once, and all clothing worn more than once should be immediatly discarded.
