An acaperson is someone who discounts lived experiences with academic discourse. They are more keen to spew theory and let others know just how much they have read, instead of listening to, or paying attention to real world experiences. The need to educate others, especially when not asked for, (or acasplain) is stronger than the need for discourse and debate.
