A person who swears an oath to perform a duty, fulfill a responsibility, be true to and support a person or institution with no intention to about deny that oath. A person who forsakes an oath for their own personal gain to increase their personal wealth, power, or standing. Example: Donald J. Trump swearing an oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution while inciting an insurrection, encouraging supporters to terrorize Congressional opponents, urging supported to march with him to Congress and disrupt Constitutionally mandated elections but instead running away to preserve his personal safety, and watch the destruction of everything he swore to support and defend.
