1. A phrase uttered repeatedly by a person who is hopelessly enamored of the subject, and who is so under their spell that they neglect and alienate their actual mates. 2. Words that are usually accompanied by intense sexual frustration; so intense, the sufferer is unable to devote attention to anyone or anything else. 3. An expression that generally indicates the opposite is true; at least as far as the utterer's deep-held desires are concerned.
