People refusing to accept the outcome of a vote, usually claiming that the outcome was invalid due to miscounting of votes, foreign interference, cheating, misleading stupid voters, rigged election system, unconstitutional vote, or other lame reason. Typical examples: refusal to accpet Trump's election as US president in 2016. refusal to accept Brexit vote in the UK in 2016, refusal to accept Biden's election as US president in 2020.
