1. Fagstard: someone who is a faggot and bastard at the same, usually to spare yourself the time to call someone both words you just use Fagstard instead. 2. Not necessarily a gay person but a really annoying person that wont just leave you alone after declining politely eg bellboy, waiters asking for tips, email spammers etc 3. A homophobe. since there is zero reason to be homophobic. A homophobic person is definitely a closet faggot and a bastard at the same time. See examples below:
