JuCo Bandits (Junior College Bandits) are high quality baseball players who work hard everyday to improve themselves so that they can transfer to a 4 year school. Typically these players don’t have outstanding power or strength and therefore put a lot of time in the weight-room. Many D1, D2, D3, and NAIA schools typically look for JuCo Bandit prospects before scouting younger non-commits, because JuCo players have a benchmark expectation of skill. When they show up to a NCAA locker room, they have tattered batting gloves and irremovable stains on their gear. They’ve had a long road.
